What We Stand For

KC Store is a student-run business started in August of '05 by Daniel Bardin, Randy Chattic and E. Michelle Dallas (previous students of Kendall.) In its sophomore year of business, the structure of the KC Store has been developed into a physical store in the Riverworks campus. There is also a branch of the store called the KC Store Events Committee where large events are planned every quarter for the students and by the students. The profits of the store are used to fund these spectacular events for the students of Kendall College like the Winter Semi-Formal, the Kendall Classic Golf Tournament, and a variety of others. By giving your support towards the KC Store, you have helped the students of Kendall College. For that, we thank you.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. Orders received prior to 2PM (central time) will be shipped same day, subject to availability. Orders are normally shipped by UPS ground. Seller will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier. ** INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS may incur additional charges which will be applied to your credit card order.

Returns and Cancellations:

Authorized returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days after customer's receipt of merchandise. All returns and exchanges will be subject to freight charges. No order can be cancelled once it has been entered into production. Customer will be responsible for all frieght and shipping charges on items returned that were not the result of Seller's error.

Check Out Sequence

Prior to purchasing, the client must create an account, selecting a password. Choose the desired merchandise and the quantity. Enter your correct zip code and select the shipping method. You may continue shopping or check out. Review your contact information and shipping method. Click continue. Select "credit card". Select a specific credit card (defaults to VISA.) Enter credit card info, expiration date, etc. Detail will appear indicating order detail and estimated shipping and handling charges.
